Total Football Ipswich Limited cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.
Many of the products on our website are eligible for personalisation, for example:
- Large Shirt Numbers (back)
- Small Numbers (shorts)
- Numbers or Initials on Trainingwear
- Embroidery of Team Badges
- Printed Team Badges
Customers choosing to personalise any aspect of their order with these options are not eligible to return them as they are exempt from our Refund Policy.
Customers wishing to return potentially faulty football boots from Adidas will need to complete a separate form as faulty boots can only be refunded subject to the discretion of Adidas.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value) providing that the items have not been personalised. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipped orders can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost. All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full, with the exception of some football boots as noted above. Please note that we cannot offer a returns policy for customised/personalised orders. Personalisations are bespoke to our customers’ requirements and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be processed in Pound Sterling.
