Total Football Direct aim to offer customers the best shipping options available within the United Kingdom. Based out of our Ipswich store and warehouse, we offer the following two shipping methods within the United Kingdom only.
- Collect From Store
Depending on the complexity and availability of your order, our in-house team will advise the estimated date for the collection of your order from our Ipswich store. When choosing 'Collect From Store' at the checkout, you will not pay anything for delivery as you will have chosen to collect in-person from our store. Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted by our team to confirm an estimated collection date and you will be kept up-to-date once your order is ready for collection.
- National Delivery via APC Overnight
Total Football have parted with APC Overnight so that your order in its' entirety can be shipped to a UK address of your choosing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a consignment number that will allow you to track your order via the APC website. APC will also email you first thing in the morning on the day of delivery with a two-hour delivery window for when you can expect your shipment. Total Football Direct offer a fixed rate of £7.95 (including VAT per order within the UK.

The dispatch time on orders may vary depending on stock availability within our warehouse. Typically orders are dispatched within three working days of the order being placed via our website or in store. Orders with customisation such as embroidery may take longer depending on the nature of your order.
Total Football Direct only ship to customers within the United Kingdom.
Total Football Direct is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which Total Football Direct will oversee and pursue on behalf of the customer. The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.
In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.
